Founded in 1964 by Paul Meyer and Herb Clark, P&H Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has been helping their residential and commercial customers improve their homes and businesses for over 60 years. The main focus was and still is quality plumbing and hydronic heating. Workmanship is expected to be superior to our competitors by the company founders and master plumbers. The owner considers his employees to be like family, especially when it comes to safety, employment longevity and well-being.

Brothers, Bob and Jim Desrochers II who both started as apprentices at P&H, are continuing the tradition of the founders. Their father James Desrochers I, was a leading serviceman with the company, from the years 1966 – 1997. Due to the strong faith and work ethic James instilled in his children, Bob and Jim decided to pursue ownership of P&H Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Bob and Jim (former business partner) continued the tradition together until 2025 when Jim retired. Today, owner Bob continues to build the P&H Plumbing & Heating family with the same morals and values; knowing God has his hand in the company’s continued success. He is leading a loyal team known throughout Flint and Genesee County for reliability, honesty, and precision. P&H blends old-school trade values with modern tools, technology, and continuous training. Customer satisfaction is a priority that has overriding emphasis as the company moves forward today. Understanding and meeting customer expectations is the key to achieving continued high levels of new and repeat customer business.

Although we service most makes and models, we also service and sell the following recognized manufacturers: Kohler, Arrmstrong, Mitsubishi, American Standard, Delta, Lochinvar, Weil-McLain, Insinkerator, Samsung, and Moen.
