Questions Homeowners Ask Us
Do you offer same-day or emergency service?
Yes. For urgent issues like no heat, burst pipes, basement flooding, or AC failures in the summer, we do our best to get a technician out as soon as possible for our current clients. Call (810) 736-3830 and we’ll give you a real answer on availability.
Can you service older boiler systems?
Absolutely — this is one of our specialties. Many Flint-area homes have vintage boiler systems that newer companies won’t touch. We repair, rebuild, and maintain them, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a repair or replacement makes more sense.
What areas do you serve?
All of Genesee County, Michigan — including Flint, Flint Township, Grand Blanc, Davison, Burton, Swartz Creek, Mt. Morris, Flushing, Fenton, Clio, and Genesee Township. Outside that area? Call us — we’ll let you know if we can help or refer someone who can.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. P & H is fully licensed and insured in the state of Michigan for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning work. We’re happy to provide documentation on request.
Do you give free estimates?
For installation and replacement projects, yes — we’ll come out, evaluate the job, and give you an honest quote. For repair calls, there’s a service fee that covers the diagnostic, but we’ll always tell you the cost before doing any work.
How fast can you get here?
It depends on the season and the severity. During a polar vortex or heat wave, we’re usually booked solid — but we triage emergencies first. Most non-emergency calls get scheduled as soon as we can. Call us for an accurate ETA.
Ready When You Are
From a leaky faucet to a new HVAC system — one call, done right. We’re standing by.
