I’m not even sure where to begin. I purchased a house in June 2023 with a boiler system. Rather than have one humongous radiator in front of the living room picture window, I hired professionals to take it out and put in two floor radiators on each side of the window. This work was done while I was out of town. When I returned home, to my surprise, they did not use copper pipes to install them. You can see from the first picture that the pex that they used was sagging and not up to code. When I asked why copper wasn’t used, I was told “my brother has it in his house so I’m sure it’s fine for your house.” I never was given an explanation as to why it was sagging. Needless to say, Even a layperson like me knew something was definitely wrong with that picture. The floor radiators in the living room never worked. Neither did the floor radiator they installed in the breakfast nook area. I was referred to P&H by another plumbing company because they specialize in extremely old boiler systems. I was told that even if I had to wait six months (which I didn’t), it would be well worth the wait. Today, copper pipes were installed, and the floor radiator that was in the breakfast nook was replaced as was the one in the office/parlor. Now, I actually have heat in every room on the 1st floor! I am beyond ecstatic, in addition to being extremely grateful! I cannot recommend P&H Plumbing highly enough. They are the consummate professionals.

Or basement flooded a few nights ago after a bad storm. They were able to fit us into their schedule last minute and quickly diagnose the issue. Bob installed a new sump pump and a new water outlet. The work was done quickly. He was professional, kind, and took his time explaining issues and solutions with me. This was was our first time using this company and we will continue working with them in the future.Great company, and customer service starting from your initial phonograph call to the office to the technicians in the field.

Labor Day evening AC went out. It became hot, sweltering hot, as the night went on unbearably hot. Called P&H first thing in the morning. Gary arrived a couple of hours later. He had it fixed in no time flat! Thank you Gary! Soon it was 90°, but not in my house. P&H comes through again.

I highly recommend them. They were knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The install crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I feel I got a fair price for the work involved. Considering they had to add some new duct work as well as a new furnace and AC unit.

Last week our central air conditioner went out in our house which resulted in us needing a new condenser and a new furnace. I have never been more pleased with the service I received from a company before. Within 5 minutes of calling the company one of their owners called me back within 30 minutes and said he would have his team out to install my new system first thing in the morning. They were here at 8:30am with a whole team of people there do to my install!The men that came out to my home were very professional and took the time to explain my new equipment.I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!!

Annual checkups have completely cut down on extra visits that can be emergencies! True professionals and reasonable! Make your checkup now so they can look at your furnace and air conditioner while the weather is warm. I also have them clean the sensor on my hot water heater and check my filtration system and backup system for my sump pump that is hooked up to my city water if electricity goes out! Can’t say enough good things about them!!!

I wanted to have a back-up sump pump installed along with a whole house water shut off valve installed in a more convenient location. P&H was recommended by a trusted friend. Bob came out and talked with me about all the options available for my job and I ended up asking him to do a number of other necessary upgrades as well. His crew came over and completed my job in one day. The crew were all friendly, efficient and when done they reviewed all the details that I needed to know about the equipment installed. I highly recommend this company.

I have used P+H several times and their work has always been completed beyond my expectations. Their rates are competitive and there technicians are honest and knowledgeable. Last winter our furnace quit and we called another company that said it was dead. P+H came out and it was a $30.00 part. This company has integrity that is rare in todays world.

We purchased a home and did not know when the boiler was serviced last. Pete quickly determined it couldn't have been serviced for several years. It sounded like a river was flowing in the house. Pete was very thorough and explained what was needed. Since it had not been serviced in quite a while we had several issues going on. Just had a visit from Gary at P& H. I had an urgent issue with my sump pump. P & H got me in the same day that I called. Thank you! I agree with the other reviewers about P & H. The work from P & H was great. In two seconds, Gary identified the problem as a bad switch and suggested an alarm. I agreed to both. Gary showed me how to use the alarm and finished the job.
